We have developed a proprietary methodology, HELIX-S, which takes a systemic approach to process improvement for every organization we engage. HELIX-S is grounded in both data analysis and interpersonal relationships; both are used together to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, security, organizational change, and cooperation levels.
