The Efficiency Group
Established in 2015, The Efficiency Group has a singular focus, to help government agencies and private enterprises maximize their efficiency and productivity a using modern, common sense implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
We have developed a proprietary methodology, HELIX-S, which takes a systemic approach to process improvement for every organization we engage. HELIX-S is grounded in both data analysis and interpersonal relationships; both are used together to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, security, organizational change, and cooperation levels.
The HELIX-S methodology recognizes that people drive processes, manage organizations, and navigate change; the interpersonal dynamics and culture of an organization cannot be ignored. They must be leveraged to make change successful. The HELIX-S approach focuses organization’s “DNA” – its People, Processes, Systems, and Data – with PEOPLE being the most important.
